Changes are where supervisors can document significant updates such as medication changes, living situations, etc. This information is important to document, but can often be lost in session notes or other forms of documentation, making it a challenge to find. However, changes makes it easy to organize everything in one place.
By adding changes, supervisors can document and track these important update, while also having the option to add them as phase changes to all graphs (or toggle the phase change on and off).
Changes on the Client Profile
Adding Changes:
1. Select "+ Add Phase Change" from "Changes" on the client profile.
2. Select if the phase change line should be solid or dashed. This is important if you choose to add the change as a phase change to graphs.
3. Enter the date, title, and description. The title is what will show on graphs.
4. Select if the change should show on graphs. This can be toggled on and off as desired.
5. Select "Add Phase Change"
