We've added a new live chat feature to Twyll that will allow you to talk with the Twyll support team from 9am - 8pm ET M-F. The chat feature can be accessed anywhere within Twyll using the icon in the bottom left corner. 

📚Scratch that. Make changes to prompts while a session is running.

We've made an update to the curriculum editor which removes the restriction in which prompt settings could not be changed while a session was in progress. Now, all aspects of the curricula can be changed while a session is running. Refreshing the Twyll In Session Experience will allow techs to see changes made while in a running session.

We've added a new setting to charts which allows users to view data labels on top of the data point instead of having to hover over each data label.

Bug Fixes

🐛 We've enhanced our error logging to allow our engineering team to better troubleshoot issues as they arise.

🐜 We resolved an issue where clinic managers that also have a supervisor role with "all_agency" access can now create clients in a different clinic than their home clinic.

🐞 We've made some enhancements to syncing offline observations.

Upcoming Features

💬 We're working on a notification center that will allow users to be notified of various events, such as scheduling changes or download availability within Twyll.

⏳We're working on a refresh of the session index which will improve the way in which sessions can be started and will make it easier to find session notes that need to be signed.
