Single Sign On

Single sign on (SSO) allows your clinicians to sign in with their existing organization account and prevents users from having to remember a separate password to log into Twyll specifically.

Overview

Enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization is a straightforward process. Our team will assist you in integrating your Identity Provider (IdP) with Twyll.

Staff profiles can be managed directly in Twyll through manual creation and updates or through Zipper integrations with a third-party that sync profile data into Twyll. Both the initial SSO setup and ongoing feeds for staff demographics, permissions, and roles are essential to ensure that users receive the appropriate access in Twyll.

For a list of supported IdPs, see Auth0’s documentation.

If SSO is purchased as an add-on to Twyll and Patterns, SpectrumAi will work with your organization on configuration.

Why implement SSO?

Security

  1. Your organization can utilize your existing password requirements you have configured in your SSO IdP for Twyll access.
  2. Reduced password exposure with a familiar login experience and singular password use and management.
  3. Multi-factor authentication

User Experience

  1. Users don't need to remember multiple passwords between systems which also reduces risk for compromise.
  2. Users can utilize their existing MFA product and workflow if that's set up!

Implementation

  1. Straightforward to implement.
