As part of the installation or rollout process, we can assist with importing legacy client curricula and/or curriculum templates into Twyll, depending on the system you're migrating from.

One-Time Client Curriculum (Learning Tree) Imports

To import your legacy curriculum into Twyll, we follow a streamlined process to ensure accuracy and efficiency:

1. Data Extraction from your Legacy System
   Begin by extracting your curriculum data from your legacy system. Your SpectrumAi team will work with you to ensure all required and available fields are extracted and prepared for import into Twyll. 

2. Import and Review Sample Curricula Subset
   After receiving the files, SpectrumAi will review the exports and conduct a test import of a few sample curricula into Twyll. We recommend that your clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) review these test imports to ensure accuracy. Based on feedback, we’ll adjust the import scripts as necessary.

3. Import Remaining Curricula
   Following successful testing, the SpectrumAi team will work with you to import the remaining curricula. To ensure the data is current, this should be done as close to your launch or training date as possible.

Curriculum Library in Twyll

To streamline ongoing curriculum creation and maintenance, Twyll allows you to build and manage a library of curriculum templates for easy access and consistency. 

SpectrumAi can help you bulk-import library templates into Twyll using our import template. Your team can also manually create or update templates directly within Twyll. Curriculum imports can happen at any time—either by your team or in coordination with SpectrumAi.
