Writing a Supervisor Session Note
If you do not see your scheduled session, you will need to schedule it first by selecting "Schedule Session" from the client profile.
Select "Document"
Select "Begin"
Select the pencil icon Edit the session times and confirm/ update other information
Select the pencil icon to edit session members.
Care Team: This list will automatically populate the members of the care team. Select the "-" icon to remove a name.
Staff Present: Select "+ Add member" to add any members from the care team that were present during today's session.
Additional: Select "+ Add member" to add any other participants in a session, like caregivers or siblings.
Edit "Session Members"
Edit "Care Team"
Edit "Staff Present"
Edit "Additional Participants"
Session Note Fields
Select "Review & Sign"
Sign and Select the Check Icon to Save
Select "Finalize" Caregivers can sign the session note now or can sign at a later time.
Pro Tip!
Select "Write in Curriculum" to actively write your session note while reviewing programs! This is great for copy and pasting modifications, copy and pasting graphs, and decreasing clicks moving from one tab to another.
