How do I change the address or billing information on a Session Note?

We have two types of sessions today and the workflow for changing the information varies between them - Sessions where data is collected in the In-Session Experience, and Document sessions where supervisors note changes to the client programming.

Sessions

For Sessions, users can change the billing information at any time.

Before the session has started:

Edit the session information from the Session Schedule view, or from the schedule view on the client profile.

 

 When the session has ended or the note has been signed:

Within the post-session screen, you need to use the "✏️ Edit" button, make your changes, and save. 

⚠️ Note - if the session note has been signed, making this edit will undo your signatures and update the session note, which will require recollecting signatures.

 

Documentation (Supervisor) Notes

For Supervisor Document-type sessions, you can edit some of the billing information after the note has been started, but can only edit other location/billing information before the session has started.

Before the session has been started:

You can use the edit menu in the session schedule in the client-view or the Sessions schedule view to edit the session location and service information:

 

 

After the documentation session has been started:

Use the pencil icon within the session note to change the service information.
