Zippering In: Tracking mileage and Zipper API updates

New Features

🎉 Vroom-vroom. Track mileage and drive time on documentation sessions.

Vroom-vroom. Documentation sessions now allow you to track mileage and drive times. To access the additional fields, click the edit (pencil) icon in the session details header. Mileage information is available while editing the note, but will not display in the final PDF.

🆕 Making a list, checking it twice. List sessions via Zipper APIs.

The client sessions endpoint (/api/client/<client-id>/session/ has been enhanced to support listing sessions for a client. 

Bug Fixes

🐛 We improved filtering of phase and status changes when individual targets are selected on program graphs.

🐜 We resolved a bug in which a program may be corrupted when cloned from another program.

🐞 We added additional validation to status change dates to ensure an invalid year cannot be updated.
