Bug Fixes
π Supervisor note edits switching to split-screen saves edits now!
When switching to split-screen mode on a supervisor document to edit the client's curriculum side-by-side with the session note, we will now save any changes made on the note before opening the split-screen view!
π Finalizing session notes got a speed boost
Finalizing session notes got a speed boost in situations where program rules were being run on the client's curriculum.
π Document changes failed to save? Now you can keep your changes, if you like!
If there are issues saving changes in the document, we will now show an error banner instead of an error page, allowing you to attempt to save again, or to temporarily save off your changes in a local document until the issue can be resolved.
πͺ² Program templates no longer require categories
Program Templates received some updates recently with our removal of goals from the curriculum structure. That update added a requirement to the categories field when making new program templates, but that requirement has been removed!
π We resolved an issue where PDF attachments did not consistently show in session
iOS browsers previously had technical challenges loading/showing PDFs, however we've released a new in-app PDF viewer that should not rely on iOS or the browser and allow PDFs to load throughout the application. Now you can view PDF attachments on the curriculum info while in the in-session experience collecting data on mobile devices (in addition to Mac or Windows environments).
Note - the new PDF viewer has a different UI than the native browser-viewer you were used to. We plan on rolling out some additional pdf viewer options and features in the future
π Session types can now be edited to document session types
We fixed an obscure issue in rare circumstances where a data-collection session (type is "session") could not be changed to a document-type session when making edits to the session.
πͺ² Duration and Frequency & Rate Averages for Programs
We fixed an issue where Frequency & Rate or Duration graphs would include sessions run where the data wasn't collected as a "0" value in the overall calculation offsetting the actual values. Now the average will only include actual trials run for these Programs and Targets.
Notes:
- This does not impact the current behavior of Free Operant graphs.
- We are fixing an issue where those "0"s for sessions run where data wasn't collected are appearing on the graphs when they should not appear.
