Adding or Changing User Role and Access Level

There are four types of user roles within Twyll: 

  • Therapist
  • Supervisor
  • Clinic Supervisor
  • Curriculum Manager

To add, change or update a user's role in Twyll, navigate to the staff's profile page and click the "Edit". button.

Scroll down to the User Roles section. Select Role type to change the current role type or select the "Add another" to create an additional Role type for the user.

The Access Level can also be changed to reflect Care Team only, all clinic or all agency.

Once the Role Types and Access Levels are correct, click the "Save user" button
