To submit a support request, first sign in by clicking the link in the top right corner of the Twyll support site. Login with your Twyll credentials to continue. After logging in, click the "Submit a request button" to log a request.
You will be navigated to a form that appears like the image below. Complete the form and click "Submit" to create a support ticket.
To view existing tickets, select requests from the drop down menu under your name.
You can view requests that either you submitted, or that you were included on as a cc'ed recipient with some helpful summary information at a glance, such as status and how long ago it was created:
Within a submitted request, you can review responses from the support staff or other CC'ed recipients, add additional information and respond. When responding, you're provided the option to mark the request as resolved if that's appropriate, or to provide an update and keep the request open:
