Is your Twyll out of date?

If you've arrived here, your Twyll browser is likely out of date and there are some cool and important updates waiting!

Here are some quick steps you can take to make sure Twyll is up-to-date:

1. Close all Twyll browser tabs and re-open

You should close all of your open Twyll tabs, and open a new tab to resume your work in Twyll. You should start here and if you still notice issues, move on to Step 2 below!

2. Clear your Browser's Cache

You should clear your browser's cache which will require logging back into Twyll. Steps are below depending on the browser and device you are using:

For Chrome on any Device:

  1. Open the Chrome app on your tablet or PC.
  2. Tap the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner of the browser.
  3. Tap "Delete browsing data".
  4. In the pop-up window, select the time range (recommended: "All time") for which you want to clear data.
  5. Ensure that "Cached images and files" and "Cookies, Site Data" is checked (you can also select other data like browsing history, cookies, etc.).
  6. Tap "Delete Browsing Data".
  7. Close all Twyll tabs and re-login.

For iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap "Safari".
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Clear History and Website Data".
    1. We recommend keeping "All History" selected.
  4. Confirm by tapping "Clear History and Data".

For Mac:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Go to "Safari" > "Preferences" > "Privacy" > "Manage Website Data"
  3. Then select the websites you want to clear data from and click "Remove All"
