Session Prep Notes & Reminders

To leave a session reminder or message for BTs to see before starting a session, a prep note can be added. 

Prep notes will be displayed in purple under sessions.

Adding a Prep Note

If a session has already been created, a prep note can still be added by selecting the 3 dots next to "Join" and selecting edit

Editting a Session

BTs will see the prep note at the beginning of their session, requiring acknowledgment prior to beginning the session. 

In-Session Example 

You can also add repeated prep notes by editing the "About Me" section on the client profile. Any prep notes here will show before every session until they are deleted from the "About Me" section. *Note: These will not appear in purple under sessions. 

Tip: Utilize these reminders to prompt BTs to run frequently missed programs.
