Connecting to a Recording Device

Log in on the device you will be using to record video using your username and password. Select “Camera” from the navigation menu. 

Set up the camera in a location where you can see the client and technician. Adjust the camera angle as needed. Use the preview on the camera device to ensure proper positioning. When ready to connect the recording device to your session, note the 6-digit PIN displayed on the top right corner.

On the tablet used for recording data, enter the 6 digit pin under “PIN” on the bottom right corner of the screen. Select “Connect.” 

Once the camera has connected, you will see a preview of the video in the bottom right corner of the screen. You can hide this by selecting the double arrows. Don’t forget to select “Begin” to start recording data and video.

When finished with recording, exit the recording window to discontinue recording.
