Twyll allows multiple people to join the same session simultaneously. This makes is easy for supervisors to see data being recorded in real time. However, only one staff member may have ownership of a session at any given time.
If the user joining a new session is not the staff member assigned to the session, they will receive a warning and have the option to take ownership of the session or view the session as an observer.
If a user joins a session that is in progress, they will be alerted that another user has ownership of the session. The user will have the option to claim the session or view the session as an observer.
Workflow Notes
- In a clinic setting, where multiple therapists work with a client simultaneously, users will need to claim ownership of the session before documenting. Ownership can be transferred an unlimited number of times.
- In a remote setting, where a supervisor observes the session via telehealth, the supervisor may need to claim ownership if they wish to record an observation.
- Observers will have access to live video, the ability to add notes or timestamps, and to view real-time observations. There is no limit to the number of times that a session can be transferred amongst users and a session can be claimed at any time.
