Adding Phase Changes to a Program or Target

Users who have access to edit a client's curriculum are able to add phase changes to either programs or targets within the curriculum editor (Note - we have client-level phase changes as well which can be edited on the client view).

1. Find the program

Find the program (or program containing the target) that you'd like to add the Phase Change to and expand the details for that program:

2. Click the "Phase Changes" Link

3. Click "Add Phase Changes"

4. Fill out info and choose Program-level or Target-level

Fill out the base Phase Change information and then select which level you'd like to apply this at:

If you select the "Show on Graph" option, then the Phase Change will show up on graphs:

5a. Program-specific Phase Changes

For program-level Phase Changes, choose which program(s) you'd like to apply this Phase Change to.

- Note: that this allows you to apply the phase change to more programs than just the one you selected, which is chosen by default.

5b. Target-specific Phase Changes

For target-level Phase Changes, choose which target(s) you'd like to apply this Phase Change to on this program

Free Operant Phase Changes

Select the free operant section in the client's curriculum. Expand the detail and scroll down to Phase Changes.

The phase change box will open and you'll select the type of line, date and which Free Operants the phase change should be included on. Then just save the changes!
